Welcome to Our Kitchen

After getting asked countless times to prepare meals for her personal training clients, our founder and nutritionist started Fork It to make healthy eating easier than ever. We quickly began getting referrals and grew to serve the majority of San Diego county. 

We now have an amazing executive chef and team who continuously bring delicious new meals to the table while collaborating with our nutritionist to customize portions to each individual client and their goals. 

We cook and deliver twice a week, so your meals are always fresh. Our menu changes weekly and is primarily gluten, dairy, and soy free. Each week we have 14 different lunch/dinner options and 5-7 different breakfast items so you never get bored!
